Hi, Nicole Sanborn here and I'd like to share my story with you. Five years ago I suffered unnatural anxiety, inability to sleep, constant flu like symptoms and brain fog. Sweeteners (including natural ones like honey and maple syrup), as it turns out, were the culprit. Over a two year period I eliminated added sugars, simple carbs and dairy from my diet and during that process I began to enjoy a sweet, peaceful life that I'd never experienced before. 

I knew that sugar no longer had a place in my life, but I just couldn't come to terms with never again being able to enjoy my absolute favorite food in the world, ice cream. Extensive searching for fruit sweetened alternative milk ice creams turned up nothing. Yes, there are plenty of almond milk and soy milk options out there, but all of them included added sugars and since I couldn't find what I wanted, I set out to develop it. Now I'm proud to offer you the fruit of my labor: Smirk, the world's first and only 100% fruit sweetened almond milk ice cream. Patent pending.

I handmake Smirk ice cream in small batches, carefully cultivating the highest quality ingredients to make sure each pint is just as rich and creamy as regular dairy ice cream. I am proud to feed it to my family and I am excited to now be able to offer it to yours.
